WEBSITE POLICIES
Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics
These policies apply to purchases, quote requests and services provided through Victoria’s TShirts & Graphics, including custom apparel, embroidery, screen printing, DTF and UV DTF
transfers, banners, signs, stickers, school stores, Union Apparel, promotional products and
ready-to-buy merchandise.

1. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Custom and Personalized Products

All custom, personalized, printed, embroidered and made-to-order products are considered final sale once production has started. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom T-shirts and apparel

  • Embroidered products

  • Screen-printed products

  • Custom hats and patches

  • Banners, signs and decals

  • Stickers

  • DTF and UV DTF transfers

  • School Store products

  • Union Apparel and Teamsters products

  • Products containing names, numbers or personalized information

  • Special-order garments

  • Preorder merchandise

  • Products produced from customer-supplied artwork

Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because of incorrect size selection, spelling, dates, colors, quantities, artwork or other information submitted or approved by the customer.

Customer Approval Customers are responsible for reviewing all information before approving an order, including:

  • Names and spelling

  • Dates and numbers

  • Garment colors

  • Garment sizes

  • Product quantities

  • Design placement

  • Artwork dimensions

  • Logo and design details

  • Pickup or shipping information

Approval may be provided through email, text message, WhatsApp, signed order form, online checkout or another written method.

Once a design, mockup, estimate or order is approved, Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved information.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.

Ready-to-Buy Products Non-customized, ready-to-buy products may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within seven calendar days of delivery or pickup. To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unworn

  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair or damage

  • Returned with its original packaging and tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Cash refunds are not provided for ready-to-buy merchandise unless required by law.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics shipped the wrong item. Clearance products, sale products, personalized products, preorders and made-to-order products are final sale.

Size Exchanges Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order. Size exchanges are not available for personalized, printed, embroidered, school, union, preorder or made-to-order products unless Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics produced a size different from the size listed on the confirmed order. An incorrect size selected by the customer is not considered a production error.

Defective or Incorrect Products Customers must inspect their order promptly.

Claims involving a defective product, incorrect item or production error must be submitted within three calendar days after delivery or pickup.

The customer must provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photograph of the complete design

  • Photograph of the garment label or product size, when applicable When Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics confirms that an error was caused by us, we may provide, at our discretion:

  • A corrected replacement

  • A reprint

  • A repair

  • Store credit

  • A refund when replacement or correction is not reasonably possible

Customers must allow Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics an opportunity to inspect and correct the order before requesting a refund or filing a payment dispute.

Color and Product Variations Colors displayed on computer screens, phones and tablets may differ from the final printed product.

Minor variations may occur because of:

  • Screen settings

  • Printing methods

  • Ink or thread batches

  • Garment material

  • Garment color

  • Product manufacturing

  • Lighting conditions

  • Differences between digital artwork and physical production

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service is agreed to in writing.

Minor color differences, normal print variations and small placement differences are not considered defects.

Garment brands or styles may also have minor manufacturing variations. Cancellations Orders may be canceled only before artwork preparation, material ordering or production has started. Once artwork preparation, digitizing, printing, embroidery, purchasing or production has started, the order cannot be canceled. Deposits and design, setup, digitizing or material-ordering fees are nonrefundable after work has started. Approved cancellation requests may be subject to charges for completed work, materials purchased and services already provided.

Customer-Supplied Products Printing or embroidery on garments or products supplied by the customer is performed at the customer’s risk.

Although reasonable care will be taken, Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hidden damage

  • Fabric reactions

  • Discoloration

  • Heat marks

  • Dye migration

  • Shrinkage

  • Damage caused by an unsuitable material

  • Replacement cost of customer-supplied products

Customers are encouraged to provide additional pieces when supplying their own garments.

 

 

2. SHIPPING, LOCAL PICKUP AND TURNAROUND POLICY

Production Time Production time begins only after all of the following have been completed:

  • Full payment or required deposit has been received

  • Artwork has been received

  • Artwork has been approved

  • Sizes, colors and quantities have been confirmed

  • Required products and materials are available Production estimates do not include weekends, holidays, shipping time or delays caused by incomplete information.

Turnaround times are estimates and may change because of order volume, equipment issues, material availability, supplier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

General Production Estimates Estimated production times may include:

  • Ready-to-ship products: approximately 2–5 business days

  • Made-to-order products: approximately 5–10 business days

  • Custom apparel and embroidery: according to the approved estimate

  • Large school, business and union orders: according to the approved production schedule

  • Preorder collections: production begins after the published preorder closing date

  • Banners, signs, stickers and promotional products: according to the product description or approved estimate

The production time shown on the product page or order confirmation will apply when it differs from these general estimates.

DTF and UV DTF Orders Eligible print-ready DTF and UV DTF orders may have a 24-business-hour production time. The following conditions apply:

  • The order must be submitted before the posted cutoff time

  • Artwork must be completely print-ready

  • No artwork editing may be required

  • Payment must be completed

  • Materials must be available

  • Weekends and holidays are excluded

  • Large orders may require additional production time

Orders submitted after the cutoff time are considered received on the following business day. A 24-hour turnaround is not guaranteed when files contain problems, require customer approval or do not meet artwork requirements.

Rush Orders Rush production is not automatically available. Rush service must be approved in writing before the order is placed and may require an additional fee.

Selecting expedited shipping does not reduce production time. Expedited shipping applies only after the order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, order size, weight and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment or suite numbers

  • Undeliverable addresses

  • Customer-requested address changes

  • Weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Holiday shipping volume

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Customers will receive tracking information when available. Shipping Delays When an order cannot be shipped within the promised period, Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics will contact the customer with an updated estimated shipping date.

The customer may agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of the order for a refund.

Custom products that have already been completed cannot be canceled solely because of a carrier delay after shipment.

Lost Packages Customers should contact Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics promptly if tracking information indicates that a package has been lost.

We will assist with filing a carrier claim when appropriate.

A replacement or refund will be considered after the carrier completes its investigation or confirms that the shipment was lost. Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier when the customer provided the correct address. Customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management and the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments Shipping damage must be reported within three calendar days of delivery.

Customers must keep all packaging and provide photographs showing:

  • The damaged product

  • The shipping box or package

  • The shipping label

  • The inside packaging

Products and packaging may be required for a carrier inspection.

Local Pickup Customers must wait until they receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification before arriving. An order confirmation does not mean the order is ready.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Identification

  • Pickup confirmation A person other than the customer may pick up an order only when authorized by the customer. Customers are responsible for inspecting the order as soon as possible after pickup. Unclaimed Pickup Orders Completed pickup orders must be collected within 30 calendar days after the first pickup notification. We may send additional reminders as a courtesy.

Orders not picked up within 30 days may be subject to a storage fee. Orders remaining unclaimed for more than 60 days may be considered abandoned and may be donated, recycled or disposed of without refund.

 

 

3. ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS AND APPROVAL POLICY

Print-As-Uploaded Service DTF, UV DTF and other print-as-uploaded products are produced using the file submitted by the customer. Artwork editing, background removal, spelling correction, color correction, resizing, recreation or quality improvement is not included unless purchased or approved separately.

Files are printed as uploaded. Recommended File Requirements For best results, artwork should meet the following specifications:

  • PNG format

  • Transparent background

  • 300 DPI at the final print size

  • Clean and defined edges

  • Correct final dimensions

  • No unwanted background

  • No unnecessary empty space

  • No semitransparent or low-opacity areas

  • Correct spelling

  • Correct colors

  • Artwork ready for production Maximum standard widths:

  • DTF: 22.5 inches

  • UV DTF: 22.5 inches Artwork exceeding the maximum width may be resized or may require a different production method.

Image Quality Low-resolution, pixelated, blurry or compressed images may produce low-quality prints. Increasing the DPI number does not improve an image that was originally low resolution.

Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics is not responsible for poor results caused by the quality of customer-supplied files. Transparent and Semitransparent Areas Semitransparent effects, shadows, glows, fades, soft edges and low-opacity pixels may not print as they appear on a screen. Customers should use solid colors and clean edges when artwork is intended for DTF production. An unwanted background contained in the submitted file may print as part of the design.

Color Matching Exact color matching is not guaranteed. Colors may vary because of screen calibration, RGB-to-CMYK conversion, ink, fabric, garment color, material and printing method. Pantone or exact color-matching requests must be discussed and approved before production and may involve an additional fee.

Artwork Placement and Size Mockups are visual representations and may not show exact scale or placement. Final placement may vary slightly because garments and products are positioned individually during production. Print size may be adjusted when necessary to fit smaller garments or products. Unless otherwise requested and approved, Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics may use reasonable professional judgment regarding placement and scaling.

Customer Responsibility Before submitting or approving artwork, customers must verify:

  • Spelling

  • Grammar

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Phone numbers

  • Website addresses

  • Social media information

  • QR codes

  • Design orientation

  • Print dimensions

  • Colors

  • Quantities

  • Product sizes

QR codes should be tested by the customer before approval. Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics is not responsible for incorrect or inactive links contained in customer-approved QR codes. Copyrights, Trademarks and Authorization By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

The customer is responsible for obtaining authorization to use:

  • Copyrighted images

  • Business logos

  • School names and mascots

  • Union names and emblems

  • Team logos

  • Characters

  • Photographs

  • Trademarks

  • Licensed designs

Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics may refuse an order when ownership or authorization is unclear. The customer agrees to be responsible for claims resulting from unauthorized artwork submitted by the customer.

 

4. PRIVACY POLICY

Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics respects the privacy of its customers and website visitors. Information We Collect

We may collect information including:

  • Name

  • Billing address

  • Shipping address

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Order information

  • Product selections

  • Sizes and quantities

  • Uploaded artwork

  • Quote-request information

  • School or organization information

  • Account login information

  • Communications sent through email, forms, text or WhatsApp

  • Device, browser and website-usage information

  • IP address and cookie information Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics does not normally receive or store complete credit-card numbers.

How We Use Information Information may be used to:

  • Process orders

  • Provide quotes

  • Produce customized products

  • Communicate about an order

  • Process payments

  • Arrange pickup or shipping

  • Provide customer support

  • Prevent fraud

  • Maintain business records

  • Improve the website

  • Send marketing messages when the customer has opted in

  • Comply with legal and tax obligations Cookies and Analytics The website may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Remember shopping-cart contents

Visitors may adjust cookie settings through their browser. Disabling cookies may affect shopping-cart, account or checkout functions. Customer Rights Customers may contact us to request:

  • Correction of inaccurate information

  • Deletion of eligible information

  • Information about how personal information is used

  • Removal from marketing communications

Certain information may be retained when necessary for orders, taxes, fraud prevention, legal obligations or business records. Requests may be submitted to: victorias.tshirtsgraphics@gmail.com We may request information needed to verify the identity of the person making the request.

Data Retention Order, payment, tax and communication records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, maintain business records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Uploaded artwork may be retained to complete orders, handle reorders or maintain production records. Customers may request deletion of eligible artwork, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Children’s Privacy The website is intended for adults making purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian involvement. School products may be purchased by parents, guardians, school employees or other authorized adults.

Data Security Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal information. However, no website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The current version and effective date will be posted on the website.

 

 

5. WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Acceptance of Terms By visiting the website, requesting a quote, uploading artwork or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the other posted policies. Customers who do not agree should not use the website or place an order.

Product Information We attempt to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, prices and availability accurately. However, we may correct:

  • Typographical errors

  • Incorrect prices

  • Product-description errors

  • Inventory errors

  • Technical problems

  • Website display errors

If an order is affected by a material error, we will contact the customer before proceeding or cancel and refund the affected item.

Prices and Payments Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax, shipping, rush service, artwork services and other charges may be added before checkout or included in an approved estimate. Payment must be completed according to the order or estimate before production begins, unless written payment terms have been approved.

Quotes Quotes are based on the information available when the quote is prepared. A quote may change if the customer changes:

  • Quantity

  • Sizes

  • Product

  • Garment brand

  • Colors

  • Artwork

  • Print locations

  • Embroidery stitch count

  • Delivery date

  • Shipping method

  • Other order requirements

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the estimate. If no period is stated, the quote is valid for 15 calendar days.

Product Availability Products, colors and sizes are subject to supplier availability.

When an item becomes unavailable, the customer may be offered:

  • A comparable substitute

  • A revised production date

  • Store credit

  • A refund for the unavailable item Substitutions requiring a significant change will be presented to the customer for approval. School Stores and Union Apparel School Store and Union Apparel products may be available only during specific order periods. Some products may be produced only after the store or preorder period closes. Estimated distribution or pickup dates will be displayed when available. Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics may remove or suspend a product when authorization changes or cannot be confirmed.

Intellectual Property The Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics and original designs may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, logo or design unless agreed to in writing.

Customer Accounts Customers are responsible for keeping account information and passwords secure. Customers must provide accurate and current information.

We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions or violations of these policies. Prohibited Uses The website may not be used to:

  • Commit fraud

  • Submit unauthorized payment information

  • Upload illegal content

  • Upload malicious software

  • Violate intellectual-property rights

  • Interfere with website operation

  • Harass or threaten others

  • Place orders using false information

Order Refusal Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics reserves the right to decline or cancel an order involving:

  • Illegal content

  • Unauthorized intellectual property

  • Threatening or hateful content

  • Fraud

  • Abusive customer conduct

  • Unsafe materials

  • Equipment limitations

  • Unavailable products

  • Production requirements we cannot reasonably fulfill

When an order is declined before production, eligible payments will be refunded.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use, production delays, customer-submitted errors, carrier delays or unauthorized artwork.

Our responsibility for a valid claim will generally not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law These policies are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court located in California unless another process is required by law or agreed to in writing.

Policy Changes Victoria’s T-Shirts & Graphics may update these terms and policies.

Changes will apply to future orders after the updated policies are posted. The policies in effect when an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
